Payment and Insurance Policy
Our staff will provide you our fees for the various levels of examinations, radiographs and very basic emergency treatments upon request.  However, please understand that until you are examined by one of our doctors, we cannot provide you with a specific fee for the services you may need.  If you have an urgent need that requires immediate treatment, we will be more than happy to discuss the fees before any treatment beyond examination and radiographs is rendered.  For our patients that we have provided a comprehensive examination, we will provide you with written treatment proposals for the possible treatment options you may have, either at the time of your initial visit, or at a separate consultation appointment that is provided at no charge.

Our basic financial policy is: PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE

We allow the following payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Approved personal check
  • MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express
  • Approved healthcare financing (an application will be provided and submitted at your request)
As always, if you are not sure what fees are to be charged for a visit, please do not hesitate to ask us.  We do not like surprises any more than you do.

Insurance
We will be happy to file your insurance forms for you and we do so electronically and at no charge to you.  We accept payment from most dental insurance companies, but please understand that full financial responsibility lies with you, the patient or responsible party.  We do our best to estimate your dental insurance benefits, but actual payment by your insurance company is entirely up to their discretion and policies.  Any deductible and estimated co-payment is to be paid at the time of service (unless prior financing arrangements have been made).
